Hot Pepper 'Scotch Bonnet'

Scotch Bonnet is for those who like a spicy kick in their food!  It's definitely not for the faint-hearted with a Scoville heat unit rating of approximately 350,000. 

The fruits of Scotch Bonnet are small, only 2-4cm long and 2-3cm wide but they are very hot with a strong aroma and even stronger flavour.  The plants can crop heavily with an eventual height of around 50cm.
